How We Work

Outlined below is a breakdown of the My Taylor Made Wedding service. From the moment you contact us we are fully dedicated to your wedding, taking away the over-whelming feeling of creating a beautiful wedding setting that will impress.

To bring a whole look together you may want to incorporate the stationery needed for the big day. At an additional cost we can source or even hand-make the table names, place names and table plans.

Once you’ve got in contact with us, we will speak over the phone and discuss any ideas you have on colours, the rustic chic style you would like, and where you are getting married. Also if you have a Pinterest board you would like to share that would be great.

At our first styling consultation, we will show you the mood boards we have created, based on the info you provided us with. These will show you how your venue could be styled, and we will talk about what you like, what you don’t like and if there’s anything missing. We then decide on what Styling Package would best suit your requirements. This is also a great opportunity for me to get to know you both so that your personalities shine through the décor. At this point we also discuss any stationery needs.

Your Styling Package is then created, specifically for you, based on your venue. We’ll produce a detailed brief which will outline each aspect of your décor, alongside mood boards to help you visualise.

We meet again to discuss your Styling Package, making sure every detail is exactly what you want. I will bring a mood board for you to keep, which will help you when speaking with your florist, and wedding stationer.

If you are happy with your bespoke Styling Package we will save the date, and secure it with a non-refundable deposit (50% of your chosen package).

Twelve weeks before the big day we will meet preferably at your venue, where I would have set up your Styling Package.

We will be in touch six weeks to go for confirmation of final numbers, and the final 50% of your Styling Package will be paid.

We set up you bespoke Styling Package at your venue on the morning of your wedding.

We then collect all our decorations the next day.
