Terms & Conditions

By using My Taylor Made Wedding, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Liability

All hired goods remain the property of My Taylor Made Wedding at all times.

All hired goods become the responsibility of the client for the hire period which is from the set up on the wedding date until they are collected by My Taylor Made Wedding.

My Taylor Made Wedding will not be responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property however sustained arising from any hired goods.

My Taylor Made Wedding reserves the right to use any photography taken of any hired goods during the hire period for promotional purposes.

Payment

Once an agreement has been made between My Taylor Made Wedding and the client on their bespoke Styling Package, an invoice will be issued. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of their chosen Styling Package must be paid, and the terms and conditions must be signed by the client before My Taylor Made Wedding reserves their wedding date and the goods that will be hired.

Final payment, the remaining 50% of the chosen styling package, must be paid by the client to My Taylor Made Wedding six weeks before the wedding date. If final payment has not been received by My Taylor Made Wedding six weeks before the wedding date, My Taylor Made Wedding will not complete the service of the chosen Styling Package.

The final payment will include an additional deposit of £50 to cover any breakages, damages and loss to any hired goods during the hire period.

There will be an additional charge for travel of £0.75 per mile for venues which are more than 20 miles away from OX13 6. This will be invoiced for all journeys My Taylor Made Wedding makes to the venue prior to the wedding date, the wedding date for set up and for collection of the hired goods. This will be referenced on the invoice, and must be paid to My Taylor Made Wedding when final payment is made.

Breakages, Damages and Loss of Hired Goods

If all hired goods are collected in perfect order the £50 deposit will be refunded to the client within 7 days.

If My Taylor Made Wedding finds any discrepancies with the hired goods upon collection, an invoice for any replacement goods will be issued to the client, and the cost of any replacements will be deducted from the £50 deposit. After replacement goods have been received by My Taylor Made Wedding, any remaining deposit will be refunded to the client.

If the amount of hired goods that have been broken, damaged or lost is greater than the £50 deposit, an invoice with the additional amount required for the replacement goods will be submitted. This must be paid to My Taylor Made Wedding within 14 days of receiving the invoice.

Cancellation

If the client informs My Taylor Made Wedding that they are no longer required after the first payment has been made, the client will not receive a refund from My Taylor Made Wedding.

If the client informs My Taylor Made Wedding that they are no longer required 14 days before the wedding date, the first and final payment will not be refunded from My Taylor Made Wedding.

Change of Wedding Date

If the client has to change the wedding date, and My Taylor Made Wedding cannot accommodate the new wedding date, any payments made will not be refunded to the client.
